相較於5、6月份7月份運動次數變少了,已經運動有點疲乏
想到要去運動變得很無力不想出門只想躺在床上看影集
開始跟朋友們瘋狂聚餐吃吃吃
沒忘記我要緊實手臂線條這件事情,啞鈴做了三次,沒事想到就拿著啞鈴在那動一下
